Various Kinds Of Roast Chicken Recipe

Roast Chicken

Ingredients :

1 young fat chicken; coconut;
sweet soy sauce; salt; leaf; galangal.

How to make:
First cut a chicken into pieces or cut in half, boiled with water until the chicken is soaked in coconut milk, season with about 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 bay leaves, and an piece galangal which was crushed.
